Employee Capital Plans (ECP) are a new form of additional social security, introduced in 2019. The essence of PPK is the obligatory offer by employing entities (mainly all employers) of the possibility of saving in the form of group investing, while ensuring mandatory payment of contributions by both employers (1.5% remuneration) and employees (2% of remuneration).
