Our attorneys-at-law provide legal assistance primarly to medium-sized and large employers, mostly Polish companies and foreign corporations present in Poland.

The firm employs attorneys-at-law, members of the Bar Association in Warsaw, Lublin and Kielce, as well as trainee attorneys-at-law and other substantive and administrative staff.
We have extensive experience in the following:
- Preparing projects and negotiating internal labour law acts (work and remuneration regulations, corporate collective labour agreements, agreements with trade unions);
- Individual employment relations (employment contracts, training contracts, non-competition clauses and issues related to employees’ parental rights);
- Carrying out restructuring changes (transfer of the workplace under Article 2311 of the Polish Labour Code, group layoffs);
- Support in the employer’s negotiations with trade unions, the work council and other employee representitives;
- Procedural labour law and representing the employer before courts and other external bodies such as District Labour Office, Polish National Labour Inspectorate,
- Due diligence in the field of labour law;
- Advice on creating and running voluntary retirement savings programs at the employer, in particular Employee Pension Plans and Employee Capital Plans.
