On 27 Jan 2026, the Act of December 4, 2025, amending the Labour Code and the Act on the Company Social Benefits Fund will enter into force. The new regulations concern individual provisions of the Labour Code and the Act on the Company Social Benefits Fund. They introduce significant changes for practically every employer. Below, we discuss three of the most significant changes concerning: a new deadline for payment of the annual leave equivalent, the dissemination of the electronic form in the practice of labour law, and a change in the number of employee representatives for the purposes of the Company Social Benefits Fund.
